The Gong Lab

Individual, couples and group gong baths are available by appointment. We also offer group 90-minute donation-based gong baths every Saturday & Sunday at 9am. Space is limited and registration is required and available on our website. We have been offering Sound & Vibrational sessions since 1991 and have designed these gong baths specifically to reset the nervous system. Together, we use 5 gongs, Himalayan Singing Bowls, crystal bowls, tingshas, chimes, drums and more to create a surround-sound experience. Every other weekend is Silent, except for the sound, like a silent retreat. Once you register, you will receive a email confirmation with all the information you need.
