The Sanctuary by Believe

Welcome to The Sanctuary by Believe Hot Yoga, Panama’s only dedicated infrared yoga studio, located in Plaza San Francisco in Alto Boquete. The Sanctuary was created as a welcoming space for movement, healing, wellness, and community. We offer daily infrared heated yoga classes designed to support strength, flexibility, detoxification, stress reduction, mobility, and overall wellbeing for all experience levels. In addition to yoga, we offer massage therapy, infrared light treatments, wellness coaching, workshops, and private wellness services by appointment only. Our studio is also home to a free community yoga class every Saturday and a free Nutritional Wellness Circle every Saturday, creating opportunities for connection, education, and support within the Boquete community. Whether you are new to yoga or a long time practitioner, our mission is to provide an encouraging and uplifting environment where people can care for their body, renew their mind, and reconnect with themselves.
