Hand in Hand Massage & Bodywork

We offer 1-3 hour sessions created specifically for your needs, all on a sliding scale, in Medical Massage and Deep Relaxation. We provide Full Spectrum Bodywork, drawing from a large tool box of techniques ranging from Deep Tissue to Craniosacral, Polarity, Asian Bodywork and Energy Work. Our sessions are goal oriented rather than technique oriented, using the techniques and pressure to achieve your goals. Our range of clients vary widely, with some coming in because of a fall or car accident while others are dealing with a long term unresolved injury or mysterious pain. Others come because of an energetic block or emotional issue. Our sessions are focused and very much individualized spanning nervous system resets, Grief & Loss sessions, Stress/Anxiety, Prenatal, pain & injury work, post surgery recovery…. Our medical specialties include sciatica, TMJ/TMD, healthy heart sessions, headache/migraine work, digestive issues, rotator cuff injuries, whiplash, frozen shoulder, repetitive strain injuries and much more.
